Fitness and Strength Section:
Attire: T-Shirt w/ Gi Pants
Bring: Light-weights and Medium-weights (dumbbells)
Note: unless on a very specific exception, everyone does Fitness.
Kata:
Attire: Full Kata Gi
Note: unless on a very specific exception, everyone does Kata.
Kumite:
Attire: Full Kumite Gi (can be the same as Kata, if you dont have specialized Gis)
Bring: Mouth Guard, Gloves (required).
Bring: Shin-Guards w/ instep, chest protector, head protector (recommended).
