Private Online Classes and Continuous Program for Competitors

As you know, unfortunately, I am not as available as before. This has impact when I am not giving you the right attention preparing for Kata competition. For Kata Practitioners in the Brown Belt and Elite level and above - that focus on Kata, I would like to offer a 1x week class online. This can turn into a small group class but most likely be 1:1 class. What time? to be decided and might change week over week.

Why online? Well, because its more flexible in time arrangements and we can adjust and run this from anywhere. As long you have a bit of space you can move we can work on parts of the kata. Equipment (weights, steps) is optional.

If you don't know, I have 2 online coaches. I plan to replicate the same format, which works for me.

I plan to give you mandatory homework. Why homework? so that you work and improve daily and not only when on a class. .
